First of all I never received an email from you so how could I possibly not be answering my email. The last correspondence I had from you was the email that was forwarded to my mom's and she did answer that one. And yes, I did check my spam folder and there's nothing. Second, I did send you a refund on Oct.19th. The money order number is 1671553783. If you want a copy of the money order receipt and the PO receipt just let me know and I'll scan and email you a copy. If you haven't received it yet it sounds to me like there's a postal issue on your end. Chris
