So someone else in the family got the package and threw it aside .. or it was still in the Mail box not to be discovered till the next day.. DC only says it was put in the box.. not signed for .. I agree with Jen.. be up front with her .. tell USPS says your package was delivered and give her the # to show her that.. be nice about it .. but do tell her she now needs to contact her Post office.. and see what's up.. could be a problem at her local Post office.. that happens too. You really are not responsible for a refund though,but like you when I mail something to someone I really want them to get it perfect in A1 shape.. and feel bad if someone truly didn't get their package. hugs to you sweetie .. hopefully this all works out without any headaches Cheri
