Becky, I read your post. If it were me I would email the lady and tell her you checked delivery confirmation and it shows it was delivered. You should even copy and paste the USPS link in the email so she can see it. I would ask her to double check her mail to see if maybe it came and was just set aside and overlooked. That could be a possibility. If she still says she didn't get it, then I would have her take the confirmation number to her local post office and file a report in case they delivered it to the wrong address. I would give her the delivery confirmation number to assist her in finding the item, but I don't think it is your responsibility to refund her money since you did ship it and it was received by someone.
