Place Seller's Name in the subject line and in the comments section state something like: Purchased "like new" book but due to poor packaging (thin paper, no padding) it arrived in damaged condition. I have emailed the seller twice but have received no replies. A poorly packaged item can be the impetus for a fraud claim, especially if the packaging falls apart and the item never arrives. Plus, a considerate seller would reply and seek a resolution. Just casting my vote. =;-) Happy trails!
