Posting someone's name is for fraud, IMHO. This lady just needs to know she ought to package better. You should let her know that; you could also make a post that says "If buying from Such-and-so, make sure you ask her to pack in a padded envelope before you send your money". But I wouldn't make an overtly negative post just for the reason of poorly packaged goods.
