Hi! I wrote a check to Donna Hess for some items on 2/14. She said she received payment on 2/17 and mailed out my books. I haven't received them and she won't return my emails when I inquire about them. I have had stuff sent to me a full 10 days later that I have already received, from farther away places. Has anyone had any problems with her? I need to know if I'm not receiving these books so I can begin to search for them elsewhere. AND, do I have any recourse, or do I just count it as a loss? Which makes me leary of buying any more on these boards. HELP!
