Hi all I have exchanged e mails with Kelly Wilson she said she wanted to purchase my 4th grade sos programs and that she would send out payment on the 9th of Feb. I have not heard from her since no mail no e mail no payment. I have tried to contact her several times . to no avail. I know stuff happens and if she just changed her mind I would like to know so I can sell what I have elsewhere .Otherwise if I turn around and sell it and she is just a little slow about sending payment I am the bad guy Please help . Any ideas e me direct .Thanks all
