I do not know how a book can be that badly torn away from the binding and you not know it! Did you see the picture? If it was not that way when it left your house then it got that way because of your poor packaging. A book as heavy as a Saxon book should NEVER be mailed just in an envelope where it can shift around.

Forget the supposed attack that was made and admit you are in the wrong. Write her and tell her you WILL refund the money. Just get over this. You are like my kids when they get caught doing worong, the try to change the subject and tell me how bad one of the other kids is! Grow up already!
