I know that there was a time when I was selling a lot and I did forget to mark an item as paid when indeed I had received the check. Of course I am being charitable here! :) If she is not responding to your e-mails then that makes it look suspicious. My next recourse would be to try to find her phone number and call her. Possibly you could also send a copy of the back of the check showing her the signature. Make sure you send it with return receipt requested so you have proof that she got the letter. Other than that I don't think there is much you can do except make sure folks here know she is not to be trusted. SS
