thing I might have done differently is maybe not have addressed the issue of the "priority mail" since the more pressing matter was the condition of the book (which was horrible). The priority only clouded the problems and gave her more to complain about. Go for the refund. Yes, she knew she was wrong and did it intentionally. Also, there is no where to report on paypal regarding "people's attitudes" that I know of?? and everyone on veg. has read this enough to know what is really going on. This woman has real problems. Sorry.
