Jenni must be able to prove that she actually mailed the book(s). If she cannot do that then the only recourse she has is to refund the money. Iwas caught in this once and lost the money. That is why I ALWAYS use delivery confirmation. If you use USPS shipping assistant then it only costs 14 cents is definitely worth the money! That way you have a way to prove that your buyer received the goods. I am sorry this is turning our this way for both of you. I think you both need to compromise and solve this amicably. NO amount of money is worth bringing reproach to the name of Christ.
