This is ridiculous....how can someone say, ".....There is no rule anywhere that tells me to ship my packages in a box. If the post office accepts my package then it is fine for them and it is fine for me...." That's bogus. Sonja, you need to rethink your argument. You are in the wrong. Jen is explaining that she tried to contact you several times over a number of days, her last email explains that and then she mentioned that she would like a refund as quickly as possible so she could purchase the book elsewhere. I think that is fair. Perhaps you took it wrong at first. Anyone could do that, but your manner in handling the transaction could have been more mature. Cough it up, honey, you sold bad goods and need to offer a refund. Think you were not in the wrong? Ahem, well...... Come to an agreement with Jen, refund her money, learn to post with honesty and resell the book to someone else...oh, and don't forget....mention ALL aspects of the book you are wishing to sell. (Thought that piece of advice might be helpful to you......)

One more thing....calling someone a loud mouth because they are looking for help on a horrible transaction is ridiculous and childish. Um...., what in the world is the Swap Problems board for? Mentioning great transactions? I think not...... Look at the posts again, she came here looking for help.
