As a seller online since the internet was in it's infancy, I would also caution sellers to beware of buyers who use paypal to receive money back for items "not received". The buyer has always been protected, not the seller. Hence, I encourage all sellers to use signature delivery confirmation. It's about 1.99 and worth every penny. No more emails saying that someone didn't get a package. Fraud works both ways and with signature delivery it can be proven. When I check on my customers orders it tells me who signed for it and when they signed for it. Just another point of view :) KBGRam
