If it has been four weeks since you sent the package, then you should refund the buyer's money. I usually ask them to wait that long, because I have had some packages take up to six weeks to arrive, but most arrive within two weeks.

It is the seller's reponsibility to insure the package and to include delivery confirmation. That way you are protected if the package is lost or damaged.

I always include the cost in my selling price, unless I am selling something for under $20, then I am willing to take the loss if something happens to the package.

Maybe it will show up.

Sue
