Apparently there are now paypal fees being imposed. When you click on the "send money" tab, there's a link to the right that says "it's free" and under that you click on "when fees apply" and if you're making a purchase of goods, services or e-bay items the SELLER now has to pay a fee. So if I'm the buyer, it's no extra cost to me but if I'm the seller then I'm out some money. So what's the proper thing to do here . . . . have the buyer pay the fee or the seller pay the fee or split the fee? OR do we just go back to taking only mo's or personal checks? I guess I'm just looking for advice!
