I have been on vacation with my dear husband all week. I deposited Nancy's check on Friday the 28th and paid $4.33 in postage to mail her box of 6 TOG books out the same day as I was wanting her to get them sooner than after I got back Sunday evening (yesterday) I had originally planned to let her check clear before mailing. I received 3 e-mails from her while I was away and not checking e-mail. They took on an extremely accusatory tone after only 24 hours after the first one. I think the books may have been too heavy for the box and I probably forgot to tape the bottom seam as well as the top. The box arrived at her post office empty but certainly did not leave mine that way. I am mailing her payment back tomorrow so it will be my loss, not hers. The only problem I have now is that my name has very quickly and harshly been tarnished after doing good, honest selling here for over 5 years. Anybody out there that I've sold to willing to stand up for me? I am heartsick about this tonight and not sleeping despite jet lag.
