Media Mail is effected. I just posted something that cost $2.47 and it is now $2.53 or $2.58 can't remember. That is the two pound rate. I asked the post office and they have not got the new booklets you can receive free. The Post Office expects them any day in my neighborhood. It gives you all the info on all the ways to ship.
