Do you save your emails, even in the deleted box? If you have some free time (ha), you can scroll through and see if you can recognize any key word in the subject line that might help you identify that sale.
I save all of my vegsource swap emails, and have gone back through them many times when I need to refresh my memory about a particular sale.
I hope you can find the one you sold to. She will greatly appreciate it. But don't beat yourself too hard if you can't rectify the problem. You have been honest in trying and that's the most important thing.
