write your sale back to the customer with their name on it and email.. the cost, the shipping..
and they have an option to purchase delivery confirmation and insurance.. if they refuse both I don't believe paypal will honor their
dispute. If it is a small sale most customers will just take the chance.. but now at least you have offered them that..
print out each invoice you have sold .. and copy the Post office reciept with that persons sale and attach it to it.. keep yourself a little file..
I know this is a lot to do .. but truthfully it protects both the seller and buyer .. since now the buyer has something to print out also that says what they are getting..
When I purchased books from here.. I asked the seller to give me something I could print out with what she was selling and the condition..
it is NOT mean .. it's just being a good steward of your families money.
