Subject:	Refunding money issues

All I ask is if a package gets lost contact the buyer before posting a dispute on paypal.... I have
had a few packages lost or damaged and always refund. But when you file the dispute I feel it is
unfair for you do not give the seller a chance to handle it correct. I e-mailed and DID refund the
money.. So ladies 2 weeks is not too long to wait for a package. If it arrives I may never know
and she has FREE books now.....
