I just recently purchased a book that was said to be in excellent condition that had paint on a page, highlighting and the sticker on the front cover, that is the glue left behind, and was shelf worn.

This person was originally asking $18.00ppd. The book I received had on the back cover 17.95 new. I did not check new, but I could have bought it on CBD for $15.95 New. That is my mistake. I did not pay $18.00ppd, I just thought this person was new to selling and loved her books as many of us do. The person stated they wanted it to go to a good home. This book is in fair condition. Since I purchased it to use with a few friends to teach other little ones I will be buying a new one, because of the use..
Perhaps we should all begin to describe what our books look like.
