I bought from a seller on the vegsource board and she called and emailed me about the same exact thing. The post office wrote her a letter saying that the label on the box came off, the box got torn and the post office requested for a list of the contents since they are going to put it together. However, if they can't, they will send the package back to the sender provided the return label is still intact.

What do I do? It's been since March 5 and the seller is not offering a refund. She told me that the post office said that it will take 6-8 weeks.
