Just to be clear...

This set was not in the condition this lady has stated. When it left my home it was just fine. The blocks are used, they are not brand new, I never said they were. They had usual wear from use, not looking as if they'd been chewed up. If something happened to these it either happened in shipment, which I doubt, or after they were unpacked. None of this was mentioned at all in any email to me as you can read. I was polite and curteous about the missing block, and did as she asked and refunded three dollars for one block. If in fact these things were in the condition in which she claims them to be, why did she not email me about it first or ask me about it when she emailed about the block, instead of posting nasty things about me here? I am in no way a vindictive, or dishonest person. I am a home schooling mom, and just wanted to get some of the money back for some curriculum I bought. It is not a business for me, so her comments have no affect on me in that way, but I find it highly offensive that someone would try to damage another's character on a curriculum board. I thought we were all just moms here trying to do our best for our kids, not slander one another. I have never had anyone ever say anything negative about anything I've sold them. Yes I did tell her that the set was complete because I beleived it was, and it was when I coundted everything. I did in fact find the missing block a couple of weeks ago (it had fallen behind the desk I was working on when I packed the box, and was not infact with the other lady's package as I thought) and almost mailed it to her, because I felt bad that she didn't have it for reselling purposes. But I figured I would just let it be, thinking I probably couldn't find her address or emails. I am glad when I needed to find them, they were there, to prove that I am not the person she would have everyone believe I am. I will let this be a lesson to me, that if in fact I ever do need to sell anything else, I will take a picture of it first to protect myself.
