I have never seen a package take 10 weeks ???? odd. Maybe if they are in HI, the truck would have a hard time driving across the ocean...lol Sorry. the longest I have see it take is 3 weeks. There can also be delays due to the weather we have had problems with lots of snow and road closure wich has made our mail slower then normal. I would check with your seller and ask for a delivery confirmation number, if they do not have one it will make it difficult to know when it was actually mailed. 10 weeks is excessive, I ship and receive media mail frequently.
