--education sucks- schools do not have money. They owe money to everyone and cant pay their debts. Teachers are underpaid and underqualified.
--Locals hate millary and their dependants. They will pretend to be nice to you only to take advantage of you- beware. do not trust the locals
--Government is supper corrupt. Take money goes towards the wrong hands and desapears. only the locals can get jobs on island. If your last name is not camacho, cruz or lujan (or if your not friends with people from those families and chamorro) you wont be able to get a good job here. underqualified people get the best jobs that way.
anyways... Do not come to Guam. Worst thing you will ever do.
ps on the positive note, the coral reefs are awesome. You will have a really good time at the beach. thats it
