Breathe deeply....and relax. Be a supportive wife. Encourage him. Since you have been through this before, maybe YOU can encourage other wives who are going through this for the first time. Ask them what you can do to help. We are going through a 12 month deployment right now with 4 little ones. If this happens again, I now know that I really can do it...Yes, there are those awful days...but I just keep busy, keep going. Hopefully we will be married 60 years like his grandparents. :) Out of the 60 years, this year of deployment sure won't seem like much! but oh how much we are growing because of it. in so many things that those "normal" people with 9-5 jobs will never have to face. If you are a Christian, following God's will for your life, read and read and read His Word. Know that yes He says we will have the joy and peace but we can't worry about tomorrow and must trust Him in every second of our lives. He is watching over my husband this year. Thank goodness. That's just my 2 cents. :)
