i lived in Guam about 10 years ago, when i was in middle school and high school. my mother was in the navy so we lived on the south end of Guam. I did not like it, the kids in the public schools there do not like the military, and kids wer very mean to me and my friends. I was also behind once i moved back to the states with my education. It may have gotten better, but my mother retired there and she said the schools are still the same. There is fun stuff to do there, especially if you like the ocean, such as diving, snorckling, and surfing. But the public schools are behind and very intimidating.
