I can relate to you so much. I cannot wait until I leave in May! Guam was not as bad as it was; there were still some intelligent life form back in the day, but since they are intelligent, they decided to leave this godforsaken island. Besides the fact that the infrastructure here sucks, the people here are also stupid and ignorant! It seems like their synaptic ability functions only when they are doing one or a combination of these: drinking Bud, gorging themselves, and chewing that godawful crap they call BETELNUT. Most of them cannot even pass remedial courses in high school and asking them to think critically is like speaking to them in Klingon!
If any of you are familiar with the movie "Idiocracy", it's basically a movie about Guam's future.
