moving to wiesbaden this summer considering homeschooling

Hi there, I had homeschooled my oldest child, preschool and kindergarten. I worried that I wasn't doing the best job and so we tried DoDs. That turned out to be a nightmare as ds was way ahead of the other kids. We then opted to try local schools here in Italy which has worked out well. Now it's coming time to PCS and I am not so sure about placing the kids in German schools. (I have been able to help with homework thus far though it is getting more difficult as the kids get older, Italian is not my first language)I am starting from scratch with German and know that there is no way I can help them with homework in German. Currently I have 4 children and the ones in preschool and 1st grade do not read or write English yet. The older ones in 3rd and 5th Read and write fluently in Italian and read above grade level in English though neither of them have had any formal English. Is there anyone homeschooling in the wiesbaden/mainz-kastel area that can let me know what kind of network is available? Or anyone that can offer some advice.
