Subject:	Where do I register my son to homeschool?

We are in NC right now and will be here for 2 more weeks, then CO for two weeks, UT for two weeks, then on to Germany. NC says not to register with them if my son will be visiting/living outside of its borders...so where do I send my letter of intent? I don't want to have truancy issues when I get to Germany!
