We were stationed at Kadena AB before moving to Barksdale AFB and we homeschooled while there. Although we did not use the coop, it was active and well attended. I worked for the chapel and I know the group met there. Sorry I can't remember the name and I can't give you a POC. However, if you contact Chiaki-san at the main chapel for Kadena, she can probably give you a name. The homeschooling community is wide and that is a fantastic place to homeschool. So much history and opportunity to study marine biology and a different culture!
You'll find the produce is terribly expensive on base but I never minded shopping for local/organic fruits and veggies.
Also, outside of gate 2, in the midst of the outdoor mall area, is a vegan restaurant. They used produce in season and made all their own pasta. The food was fresh and great and the owners worked and served there.
Color me green with envy for you getting orders for there! We would go back in a heartbeat. Hook yourself up with like-minded families and you'll find yourself some friends for life.
God bless and email me if you have any questions.
