Hi!

I too am studying Classical method and Charlotte Mason method.

I really think there are major diffences inbetween both methods.

Classical method is more structured in how history is studied, in chronological order, and CM doesn't really focus on the chronology of the order.

Also Classical method does use some whole books, but is also uses more formal curriculum as well. CM method uses mainly whole or living books.

This is my first year home schooling, and I'm trying to use a blend of both methods.

Have you seen anything by the Bluedorns?

I like the Carrols, and LBC, and listen to a lot of what they say.

Feel free to email me if you want to.
