First of all, can anyone tell me where to find online cm websites?
I would like to implement cm into our homeschool. I have an 8th grade son, a 5 year old son and a 4yr old son. I've looked at ambleside's 8th grade list, and, honestly, it's gruelling reading, in my opinion. I like the gentler approach which Sally Clarkson mentions in her book Educating the Wholehearted Child. Maybe I should clarify myself. What I mean is Sally Clarkson's book recommendations seem to be more, shall I say practical?
I don't anticipate my son going to a four year college, so is it ok to stick with more easier to read classics?
Also, he absolutely LOVES books about animals. He is currently reading some of Jean Craighead George's books.
What would be a good course of study for my son who is more practical for high school, especially in the area of science?
Thank you so much!
