We've been using SL for 5 years and are beginning the 6th year - 5th grade. I've never really looked at the CM method before but I am curious now though it was recommended to me in the past. Would anyone reading have an opinion on how SL differs from CM? Strengths and weakness? This is a rather open-ended question, I know and can be elaborate. I was just hoping to get a few brief differences, if possible. Please don't feel that you need to be exhaustive. Just whatever stands out. Thank you very much in advance. :)
