Subject:	HELP! my 24yo son is being denied a job

My son is 24 and recently moved to Seattle. He was homeschooled in Michigan and Wisconsin, he is the youngest of three and all were homeschool graduates. He started in 2nd grade and was back and forth in the public school but with health issues and the things going on in schools he came home and finished his senior year at home. In all he was probably homeschooled about half of his life.

Today, I find out that he was denied a job with a call center in Olympia Washington because he doesn't have a high school diploma. I need HELP!

My children all went to college, he has gone to a couple and is searching for what he wants to do. But has been to ITT tech and a couple community colleges. the last being online and it didn't work out too well but for the most part was always A's and B's. He ha almost enough credits to have an Associates degree.

I can't believe this. I sent an email to legal defense but need advice on where to go. This is a big company (cell phone company). Please help me figure this out.
