Does anyone remember when John Boehner passed out checks on the floor?

Boehner passed out checks from the tobacco lobbyists to buy votes when he was the Majority Leader. He also held votes open for hours after they were scheduled to end so that arms could be twisted and votes could be changed. Even Charles Manson should be offended if lectured by Boehner on ethics. Ok, don't dwell on that one example...maybe MAYBE it is a tad of an exaggeration. But, the rest of society, for sure! Why would anyone want Boehner back in the lead?
In the video, he acts so innocent about the checks being handed out. Why should the EVER get checks from the tobacco industry, especially when a vote is up that will benefit them?
