... If the Reps didn't vote for it because they didn't get to add unrelated things to it, then it takes some serious twisting to blame that on the Dems. The Reps refused to vote *for* it - they are the ones who made it fail. To turn around and call the Dems the gamers on this is pretty petty, and definitely deflection. If the Reps had wanted to help the 9/11 victims, they would have voted *for* it... so who's gaming whom?
