that the Democrats playing games with the vote was just cruel. If they wanted to pass a bill to help 9/11 workers, they *could* have passed it on a simple majority vote. They didn't want to--they WANTED to EXCLUDE any Republican amendments by requiring a 2/3 vote... which makes the Dems the party of "NO --No thank you, Republicans, we don't want your input or assistance, unless we can pack a bill with pork and then rub your noses in it in November" You Really, REALLY think that any elected officials, be the Democrat or Republicans doesn't want to help 9/11 workers? Really?
