The Republicans were attempting - as usual - to bog down the bill with nonsense like they do every bill and the Democratic Majority was doing what it should do and that's to simply put the bill to the vote. They voted against it. What's the reason?

Since the Republican Minority was attempting to drag out the bill with endless, partisan amendments like they always do they should be made to vote the way they believe: "yes" if they are for it, "no" if they aren't. Everything is not a partisan issue and that especially goes for 9/11 workers who are sick and without care.
