in a typical Left-reporting pattern, deliberately attempts to make one party look like saints and one party to look evil because the bill didn't pass.

I will give this article a little credit, though, it did actually include some of the information that Mr. Wiener left out of every. single. rant. against Mr. King on every. single. news show. he managed to weasel his way onto!!

Fact: Democrats could easily have passed this with a simple majority vote if they'd wanted to. That they want to blame the Republicans for it not passing just shows, IMO, how low they will go to shade the truth, and how far they will stoop to make ANY issue political.

Fact: Democrats decided instead of putting it up for a simple majority vote to pass, that they'd use a rule requiring 2/3 of the House to pass it, to stop Republicans from offering up amendments to their measure. THAT is playing politics with aid to 9/11 worker's health, and it's cruel.
