(shhhh, I saw a picture once) My potatoes came out looking like small marbles. We waited and waited and waited.... then, just small potatoes. sigh. This year I am growing just tomato, peppers, melon, beans. That's it. In my organic book, it stated something about potato skins being easy to rub off when they are fresh out of the ground. If stored, perhaps that quality changes....?
