the "school yard bully" is the Chicago-style politics at work--marginalize your opponent, discredit them, and they will have to bow to your will. If they don't come to your side, they'll be squashed so either way the bully wins. They've tried it with CEO's, insurance companies, doctors, Fox, and now they're working on the Chamber of Commerce.
