Yesterday, a young Amish family came to one of our "in town" yard sales with baked and homemade relishes to sell. What good-hearted people they are. I couldn't resist buying a few goodies especially after the big grin on dad's face as touted his wifes' culinary skills.

Anyway, maybe their culture is worth a second look as the simplicity of living sounds very refreshing.
