I didn't vote in the poll, either. As with you, they didn't have an answer which fit my thoughts. I agree that O has already burned through a lot of "popularity capital", but for other reasons. IMO, his overuse of TV coverage/absence from the WH is important, but dims in comparison to his continued determination to pursue a fiscally-irresponsible course which cannot succeed and his intentional failure to communicate with his top general in Afghanistan. BTW -- you mentioned in another post that we rarely hear anything about bin Laden anymore. That is so true! Bush was roundly and continually criticized for "not pursuing" him (though that certainly was not verified fact), while O gets a pass for that very thing. I wish I could say I am surprised, but the mainline media's continued infatutation with him precludes tough questions.
