... and the fact is that they are not all gone - just very rare. I had a neurosurgeon tell me that he wasn't worried about how I was going to pay him, he'd taken vegetables, or meat as payment before, and was well enough off that he didn't need to worry about it, just pay him in whatever manner we could.
