... around our area, we have a group called the CHART Teen Task Force. They put a lot of effort into helping teens say 'No' to temptation and not take the risk. They hold poster contests and put up billboards to remind people that their children need guidance and limits. They help bring about understanding of what becoming a parent involves, and point out the consequences of doing that too early. They are helping change lives in our area, and it seems to be working.
