you don't get the calcium absorption that you might think. Save your money & buy Vitamins. Dry cereal --isn't it ridiculously expensive? We also went to cakes & oatmeal cakes. We make a huge batch and freeze them. Then we just microwave or toast what we want. Much cheaper.

If you must have milk, try soy or rice milk . The vanilla soy is creamy and has sweetener in it. I don't think it's cheaper than regular cow lactate. BUT with soy, you're boosting your protein intake and possibly lessen any menopausal affects. (Bet you're looking forward to that, eh? lol). You remember that eating broccoli adds calcium to your diet.

Well, just a suggestion.
