Let's balance that. Let's ask McCain why he would be endorsed by and show honor towards blatant religious bigot like Hagee who pastors a megachurch in Texas. A man who continues with his pedagogy, has no apologies for his hatred and who even incites conflict or war with Iran.

As an X Catholic with beloved Catholic family/friends, I find McCain/Hagee union (as the Media portrays) especially insulting. As a human being, with friends/family from the middle east, I find the McCain's alignment with Hagee especially disturbing and dangerous. As a Christian, university trained in theology, I know that Hagee is a hack.

And by the way, the term "extemporaneous" was taken from Huckabee. Impressed with his graciousness toward Wright, I took the risk of trusting Huckabee's illustration of what a preacher does from another preacher.

Lastly, did I miss something from McCain? Because Obama gave an historic speech that really took care of the concerns you have posted.... posted again.
