Subject:	A Succint Summary of the past 6-7 Years of Moi

As I've asked vegsource to remove all my posts on this board prior to 5/1/08 due to a concern that I often and unknowingly trampled copyrights by cutting and pasting rather than linking and given that annie is concerned such deletions will leave confusion in the archives, here is a succint summary of the gist of what I've said over the past 6 or 7 years here:

God is good all the time even as we live in a fallen world. Jesus is Lord. Anyone can come to Christ--while it is the only way, it is open to all.

Market solutions within the rule of law generally trump government solutions.

Government should be given as little of our money as possible as they generally waste it.

We should hold politicians to the highest ethical standards even as we recognize that it is virtually impossible for them to climb to national prominence if they do so.

Objective facts exist. However, much of what each side of the political spectrum offers as "fact" may not be and you have an obligation to read widely and often.

Issues are almost always more nuanced in reality than the way they are discussed here.

If you're not tithing 10% of your gross income, please don't bother to opine how our government should spend our money. Get your own house in order first. Give extravagantly to the groups that serve the least amongst us--children and the poor.

Stay out of debt.

Love your children.

Be nice to your spouse.
