so I don't want my posts to hang out there and continue to violate copyright law, even though I always properly cited author, source and copied in entirety. I'd rather some people be confused here than to leave an appropriation of someone's work (even though I didn't know or think it was that) hanging out there in perpetuity.

I'm also pretty sure vegsource wouldn't want to knowingly leave such posts on their boards, which is why I notified them as soon as I became aware that I had crossed that line.
